Satī Encounters Disrespect at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice
Suta Goswami (narrating Shiva-tattva to the sages at Naimiṣāraṇya within the Rudra Saṃhitā discourse)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It teaches that Parabrahman Śiva is beyond all limiting categories—opposites, simultaneity, and doerhood—so karmic bondage cannot adhere to Him; liberation comes by realizing and worshipping that transcendent Shiva-tattva.
The Liṅga is revered as the sign of the formless Parabrahman; Saguna worship (name, form, mantra) is a compassionate means to approach the Nirguna reality that is ultimately untouched by karma and duality.
Meditate on Śiva as the witness beyond doership while repeating the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya); offer worship to the Liṅga with the intent of surrendering egoic agency, which is the root of karmic binding.
