शिवानुकम्पा, ब्रह्मणो निर्भयत्वं च (Śiva’s Compassion and Brahmā’s Fearlessness)

It highlights fearlessness born from reliance on Śiva (Pati) and the Shaiva Siddhanta ethic of completing one’s dharmic duties under the Lord’s guidance, turning ritual action into surrendered service.
Śaṅkara is approached as Saguna Shiva—the personal Lord who commands and protects. The devotee’s trust in His ājñā mirrors Linga-worship where one offers actions and outcomes to Shiva as the ruling Pati.
The takeaway is disciplined completion of prescribed rites with inner surrender; in practice this aligns with performing puja or samskara duties while mentally offering them to Shiva, supported by japa such as “Om Namaḥ Śivāya.”
