विष्णोः स्तुतिः—शिवसतीरक्षावचनम्
Viṣṇu’s Hymn and the Petition for Śiva–Satī’s Protection

Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
Role: teaching
It highlights Śiva’s karuṇā (compassion): even when addressed amid intense situations, he responds with a soft smile and gently corrects wrong conclusions—showing the Pati who guides the bound soul (paśu) toward right understanding.
The verse portrays Saguna Śiva—personally responsive, emotionally tender, and corrective—supporting devotional worship where the Lord is approached as a living, gracious presence (as in Liṅga-pūjā and personal bhakti).
Adopt a humble bhāva in japa and pūjā: when the mind speaks harshly or falls into despair, return to steady remembrance (e.g., Panchākṣarī japa—“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with gentleness and self-correction.
