Brahmā sprach: Als er die Worte Menās, der Gemahlin des Berges, vernommen hatte, erwiderte Śivā Devī ihr, der glückverheißenden Mutter, die den Göttern lieb ist.
Brahma
Tattva Level: pashu
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: teaching
It marks a pivotal narrative moment where Pārvatī (Śivā Devī) responds with steadiness and auspicious intent after hearing Menā’s concerns—showing how divine resolve and dharmic speech guide the soul toward Śiva.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the verse supports Saguna-bhakti: devotion to Śiva as the personal Lord, approached through the living presence of Devī and the household of dharma that culminates in Śiva–Śakti union.
The practical takeaway is disciplined listening (śravaṇa) and measured reply rooted in devotion—supported by regular japa of the Pañcākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") and sattvic conduct, as preparation for steadfast Śiva-bhakti.
