मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
न माता न पिता भ्राता न बन्धुर्गोत्रजोऽपि हि । नो सुरूपं न चातुर्य्यं न गुहं वास्य किंचन
na mātā na pitā bhrātā na bandhurgotrajo'pi hi | no surūpaṃ na cāturyyaṃ na guhaṃ vāsya kiṃcana
Er hat weder Mutter noch Vater, weder Bruder noch irgendeinen Verwandten seines Geschlechts. Er besitzt weder schöne Gestalt noch Klugheit, und keinerlei verborgene Vorzüglichkeit ist in ihm.
