नासाक्षि वक्त्रभुजवक्षसि मानसे च धृत्या सुखानि वितनोषि सदैव जन्तोः । निद्रेति याति सुभगा जगती भवा नः सा नः प्रसीदंतु भवस्थितिपालनाय
nāsākṣi vaktrabhujavakṣasi mānase ca dhṛtyā sukhāni vitanoṣi sadaiva jantoḥ | nidreti yāti subhagā jagatī bhavā naḥ sā naḥ prasīdaṃtu bhavasthitipālanāya
O glückverheißende Göttin, du breitest stets Wohlergehen über die Wesen aus—durch Nase, Augen, Antlitz, Arme, Brust und Geist, und durch die Standhaftigkeit der Ausdauer. A practical takeaway is nightly japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with calm breath awareness, offering the day’s senses and mind to Shiva-Shakti and praying for pure, sattvic sleep that restores dhṛti (steadiness) for dharma.
