Cosmic Event: Immanent Śakti described as the very radiance (dīdhiti) that illumines the manifested cosmos (svaprapañca).
It identifies the Goddess (Śakti) as the inner powers that make spiritual life possible—faith (śraddhā), steadfastness (dhṛti), and auspicious grace (śrī)—and as the illuminating consciousness by which the world is known, aligning with Shaiva Siddhanta where Pati (Shiva) and His Śakti bestow grace leading to liberation.
Linga worship honors Shiva as the supreme reality, while this verse highlights that Shiva’s worship is fulfilled through Śakti—His manifest power—who becomes ‘accessible to all’ as devotion, auspiciousness, and illuminating presence, making Saguna worship effective and grace-bearing.
Practice steady japa of the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with śraddhā and dhṛti, and meditate on divine light (prakāśa) in the heart like the sun’s radiance, offering mental worship to Shiva-Śakti as the revealer of one’s inner and outer world.
