Transliteration

taptukāmā tu te putrī śivārthaṃ paramaṃ tapaḥ | prāptānujñā pituścaiva tubhyaṃ ca paripṛcchati

Translation

Deine Tochter, die um Śivas willen Askese üben möchte, wünscht den höchsten Tapas zu vollziehen. Nachdem sie die Erlaubnis ihres Vaters erhalten hat, kommt sie nun auch zu dir und bittet um deine Zustimmung.
