गणेशाभिषेक-वरदान-विधानम् | Gaṇeśa’s Consecration, Boons, and Prescribed Worship
एवं व्रतेन संपूर्णे वर्षे जाते नरस्तदा । उद्यापनविधिं कुर्याद्व्रतसम्पूर्त्तिहेतवे
evaṃ vratena saṃpūrṇe varṣe jāte narastadā | udyāpanavidhiṃ kuryādvratasampūrttihetave
So soll ein Mann, wenn er das vrata vollendet hat und ein ganzes Jahr verstrichen ist, den vorgeschriebenen abschließenden Ritus (udyāpana) vollziehen, damit die Observanz vollständig zur Erfüllung gelangt.
