इति दुःखं समापन्नाश्शक्राद्या मुनयस्सुराः । नारदं च समाहूय पप्रच्छुर्विकलास्तदा
iti duḥkhaṃ samāpannāśśakrādyā munayassurāḥ | nāradaṃ ca samāhūya papracchurvikalāstadā

The takeaway is to respond to turmoil with śaraṇāgati (seeking refuge) and japa—especially the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—while approaching a competent guide (guru-like counsel, here symbolized by Nārada).
