Shiva Form: Bhairava
It warns that contempt and slander toward a rishi (and by extension Shiva’s devotees) is a grave aparadha that obscures sattva and invites karmic downfall; humility and reverence are upheld as essential dharma.

Practice speech-discipline (mauna/mitabhasha), do japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) for purification, and perform repentance through Shiva-oriented prayer and self-restraint to avoid ninda and harsh speech.
