न्यासवर्णनम् (Nyāsa-varṇanam) — Description of Nyāsa in the Saṃnyāsa Procedure
संसिक्तायां तनौ भूयश्शुद्धदेहस्सुभावनः । सोहमित्यवतीर्याथ स्वात्मानं हृदयाम्बुजे
saṃsiktāyāṃ tanau bhūyaśśuddhadehassubhāvanaḥ | sohamityavatīryātha svātmānaṃ hṛdayāmbuje
Als sein Leib erneut besprengt (und geweiht) wurde, war er in Gestalt gereinigt und im Wesen veredelt. Dann stieg er nach innen hinab mit der Betrachtung „So’ham“ („Ich bin Er“) und gründete sein eigenes Selbst im Lotus des Herzens.

It presents the Shaiva yogic sequence of outer purification followed by inner absorption: having purified the body and mind, the practitioner turns inward with the non-dual contemplation “So’ham” and abides in the heart-lotus, the seat of direct realization of Shiva.
In Kailasa Samhita’s contemplative teaching, external sanctification supports internal worship: after ritual purity, the devotee internalizes the presence of Shiva—moving from Saguna supports (consecration and worship) toward inner realization in the heart, where Shiva is known as the indwelling Pati.
It implies purification (sprinkling/consecration, akin to śuddhi) followed by mantra-based meditation on “So’ham,” culminating in heart-lotus dhyāna—settling awareness in the heart and recognizing the Self as belonging to Shiva.
