Transliteration
agnir hotā dāsvataḥ kṣayasya vṛkta-barhiṣaḥ | saṁ yajñāsaś caranti yaṁ saṁ vājāsaḥ śravasyavaḥ ||
Translation
Agni ist der Hotṛ in der Wohnstatt des Gebers, wo das Opferstroh wohl bereitet ist. Zu ihm laufen die Gänge der Opfer zusammen, und zu ihm laufen die Füllen der Kraft zusammen, nach Ruhm verlangend.
