इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
विषण्णवदनंदृष्टवाराक्षसंरावणात्मजे ।सौमित्रिंयुद्धसंयुक्तंप्रत्युवाचविभीषणः ।।6.89.3।।
viṣaṇṇavadanaṃ dṛṣṭvā rākṣasaṃ rāvaṇātmaje |
saumitriṃ yuddhasaṃyuktaṃ pratyuvāca vibhīṣaṇaḥ || 6.89.3 ||
Als Vibhīṣaṇa Rāvaṇas Sohn unter den Rākṣasas sah, mit gesenktem Antlitz und entmutigtem Herzen, sprach er zu Saumitrī (Lakṣmaṇa), der kampfbereit und ganz in die Schlacht verwoben dastand.
