Transliteration

samīkṣyāpatatas tāṃs tu vānarendrān mahābalān | āvavāra śaraughena nageneva jalāśayam ||

Translation

Als er jene mächtigen Vanara-Fürsten heranstürmen sah, hielt Kumbha sie mit einem dichten Pfeilhagel auf, wie ein Berg den Lauf einer tosenden Flut hemmt.
