यन्नशक्यंसुरैस्सर्वैरसुरैर्वामहाबलैः ।।6.72.6।।मोक्तुंतद्बन्धनंघोरंयक्षगन्धर्वकिन्नरैः ।तन्नजानेप्रभावैर्वामाययामोहनेनवा ।।6.72.7।।शरबन्धाद्विमुक्तौतौभ्रातरौरामलक्ष्मणौ ।
yan na śakyaṁ suraiḥ sarvair asurair vā mahābalaiḥ | moktuṁ tad bandhanaṁ ghoraṁ yakṣagandharvakinnaraiḥ | tan na jāne prabhāvair vā māyayā mohanena vā | śarabandhād vimuktau tau bhrātarau rāmalakṣmaṇau |
Jenes schreckliche Band—das weder alle Götter noch selbst die mächtigen Asuras, noch Yakṣas, Gandharvas und Kinnaras zu lösen vermochten—wurde dennoch von den Brüdern Rāma und Lakṣmaṇa abgestreift, sei es durch ihre angeborene Kraft oder durch eine mir unbekannte, verwirrende Zauberkunst; so wurden beide aus dem Pfeilband befreit.
"That formidable bond which could not be undone by Devatas, mighty Demons, Yakshas, Gandharvas, and Kinnaras got released by both the brothers, Rama and Lakshmana by their powers and conjuring tricks which are not known to me."
Dharma implies that righteousness is ultimately supported by a higher order; deceptive bindings may succeed briefly, but they do not prevail permanently.
