The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
उत्पत्यचैनंतरसातलेनोरस्यताडयत् ।स तेनाभिहतःकोपात्प्रमुमोहाचलोपमः ।।।।
utpatya cainaṃ tarasā talenorasy atāḍayat | sa tenābhihataḥ kopāt pramumohācalopamaḥ ||
Emporschnellend schlug Aṅgada ihm mit der Handfläche wuchtig auf die Brust. Von diesem Schlag getroffen, sank Kumbhakarṇa, berggleich, trotz seines Zorns in Ohnmacht.
Jumping up that way, Angada slapped him with his palm on the chest in anger. By that the mountain like Kumbhakarna became unconscious.
