कुम्भकर्णोपदेशः
Kumbhakarna’s Counsel and War-Boast to Ravana
अथवात्यक्तशस्त्रस्यमृद्नतस्तरसारिपून् ।।6.63.45।।न मेप्रतिमुखेस्थातुंकश्चित् शक्तोजिजीविषुः ।
athavā tyaktaśastrasya mṛdnatas tarasā ripūn |
na me pratimukhe sthātuṃ kaścit śakto jijīviṣuḥ ||
Oder ich werfe die Waffen fort und zermalme die Feinde mit bloßer Kraft; keiner, der noch leben will, vermag mir von Angesicht zu Angesicht standzuhalten.
"Or else giving up weapons and swords using my arms indeed I can crush, and no one can stand in front of me."
