„Schlag jetzt nur noch einmal zu, du übelgesinnter—was prahlst du? Dann wird dich diese meine Faust in Yamas Reich senden.“
"O evil minded one, why do you brag You do this once more I will strike you once again with my fist and send you to the abode of Yama."
The verse contrasts boastfulness with accountability: speech should align with truth and capability. In dharmic terms, empty pride (vikatthā) is censured, and wrongdoing is warned of its consequence (death/justice).
Hanumān challenges Rāvaṇa to repeat his strike and warns that he will retaliate decisively.
Moral fearlessness and clarity—Hanumān speaks directly, without flattery, in defense of the righteous cause.
