Als Saumitri Rāghavas Worte vernahm, umarmte er ihn, erwies ihm ehrfürchtige Ehre, grüßte Rāma und zog dann in die Schlacht.
On hearing Raghava's words, son of Sumitra embraced him and offered prayers, paying respects sallied forth for the encounter.
Dharma is expressed as respectful obedience and loyalty: Lakshmana honors Rama and then performs his duty in battle without ego.
After receiving Rama’s guidance, Lakshmana responds with reverence and proceeds to engage in the fight.
Bhakti and maryādā—devoted respect toward elders/leaders alongside readiness to fulfill duty.
