योऽसौगजस्कन्धगतोमहात्मानवोदितार्कोपमताम्रवक्त्रः ।प्रकम्पयन्नागशिरोऽभ्युपैतिह्यकम्पनंत्वेनमवेहिराजन् ।।6.59.14।।
yo’sau gajaskandhagato mahātmā navoditārkopamatāmravaktraḥ |
prakampayan nāgaśiro’bhyupaiti hy akampanaṃ tv enam avehi rājan ||6.59.14||
O König, wisse: Das ist Akampana — der großherzige Krieger, der auf dem Rücken des Elefanten sitzt; sein kupferrotes Antlitz gleicht der eben aufgegangenen Sonne, und herannahend lässt er den Kopf des Elefanten erzittern.
