शरनिर्भिन्नगात्रास्तेशूलनिर्भिन्नदेहिनः ।जगृहुस्तेद्रुमांस्तत्रशिलाश्चहरियूथपाः ।।6.52.7।।

Transliteration

śara-nirbhinna-gātrās te śūla-nirbhinna-dehinaḥ |

jagṛhus te drumāṃs tatra śilāś ca hari-yūthapāḥ ||6.52.7||

Translation

Obwohl ihre Glieder von Pfeilen durchbohrt und ihre Leiber von Dreizacken zerrissen waren, ergriffen die Anführer der Affenheere dort Bäume und Felsen als Waffen.
