«Jetzt, o Held, tu nichts so Unbesonnenes, so Unbedachtes.

Dharma includes prudence and responsibility: a leader must avoid reckless acts because their welfare sustains many dependents and the larger righteous mission.
A speaker (likely Rāma) restrains a close ally/kin from an impulsive, dangerous action, stressing the consequences to loved ones and the cause.
Viveka (discernment) and karuṇā (care for others): valuing life and duty over impulsive heroics.
