Transliteration

daṇḍanirghātavādinyā śrutvā bheryā mahāsvanam | uvāca saramā sītām idaṃ madhurabhāṣiṇī ||

Translation

Als sie das mächtige Dröhnen der Trommeln und das Klirren von Keulen und Stäben beim Zusammenprall hörte, sprach Saramā, süß in ihren Worten, dies zu Sītā.
