शार्दूलचरवृत्तान्तः
Saardula’s Spy-Report on Rama’s Camp and the Vanara Host
नापिसम्भाषितुंशक्यास्सम्प्रश्नोऽत्रनलभ्यते ।सर्वतोरक्ष्यतेपन्थावानरैःपर्वतोपमै ।।6.30.6।।
nāpi sambhāṣituṁ śakyāḥ sampraśno ’tra na labhyate |
sarvato rakṣyate panthā vānaraiḥ parvatopamaiḥ ||6.30.6||
Nicht einmal mit ihnen zu sprechen ist möglich; dort lässt sich keine Frage anbringen. Von allen Seiten wird der Weg bewacht von Vānaras, den Bergen gleich.
