Saardula’s Spy-Report on Rama’s Camp and the Vanara Host
लक्ष्मणश्चात्रधर्मात्मामातङ्गानामिवर्षभः ।यस्यबाणपथंप्राप्यनजीवेदपिवासवः ।।6.30.31।।
lakṣmaṇaś cātra dharmātmā mātaṅgānām iva ṛṣabhaḥ |
yasya bāṇapathaṁ prāpya na jīved api vāsavaḥ ||6.30.31||
Und hier ist Lakṣmaṇa, von rechtschaffener Natur, wie der vornehmste Stier unter den Elefanten; wer in die Bahn seiner Pfeile gerät, überlebte nicht einmal Vāsava (Indra).
