सागरप्रशमनम् / The Pacification of the Ocean and the Building of Nala’s Bridge

पुष्पिताग्रैश्चतरुभिस्सेतुंबध्नन्तिवानराः ।पाषाणांश्चगिरिप्रख्यागनिरीणांशिखराणिच ।।।।दृश्यन्तेपरिधावन्तोगृह्यदानवसन्निभाः ।

puṣpitāgraiś ca tarubhiḥ setuṃ badhnanti vānarāḥ | pāṣāṇāṃś ca giriprakhyān girīṇāṃ śikharāṇi ca | dṛśyante paridhāvanto gṛhya dānavasannibhāḥ ||

Die Vānaras banden die Brücke mit Bäumen, deren Wipfel in Blüten standen; und, an Kraft den Dānavas gleich, sah man sie hin und her laufen, Felsblöcke wie Berge und sogar die Gipfel der Hügel ergreifend.
