Vibhīṣaṇa’s Arrival and the Debate on Refuge
इत्युक्त्वापरुषंवाक्यंरावणंरावणानुजः ।आजगाममुहूर्तेनयत्ररामस्सलक्ष्मणः ।।6.17.1।।

Nachdem er Rāvaṇa jene harten Worte gesprochen hatte, begab sich dessen jüngerer Bruder (Vibhīṣaṇa) unverzüglich dorthin, wo Rāma mit Lakṣmaṇa stand.
Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
Dharma is portrayed as actionable commitment: it is not only spoken but pursued—Vibhīṣaṇa physically moves toward the side of righteousness.
Immediately after rebuking Rāvaṇa, Vibhīṣaṇa proceeds to Rāma’s camp to seek refuge/association.
Resolve (dṛḍha-niścaya): swift, decisive action in support of truth.
