Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
Dharma is framed as seeking rightful protection (śaraṇāgati) after rejecting unethical rule; Vibhīṣaṇa’s direction of travel symbolizes moral realignment.
This is the connective narration: Vibhīṣaṇa, after rebuking Rāvaṇa, reaches Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa soon.
Discernment (viveka)—recognizing where dharma stands and choosing that side despite personal cost.
