Da stellte der berühmte Prahasta, der sich selbst beherrschte und den Befehl des Königs ausführen wollte, das ganze Heer sowohl außerhalb als auch innerhalb der Stadt auf.
"Tasks carried out without proper plan and contrary to the right principles are spoilt like inauspicious oblations offered into sacrificial fire."
It reflects the administrative side of rājadharma: executing assigned duties efficiently. Yet in the Ramayana, efficiency is ethically secondary to the justice of the cause.
Before major confrontation, Prahasta organizes Laṅkā’s defenses by deploying troops within and outside the city.
Discipline and obedience to command (kārya-niṣṭhā) are emphasized in Prahasta’s conduct.
