In Entrüstung sprach Rāma, die Augen, als brannten sie, und richtete an den hochweisen Vibhīṣaṇa diese tadelnden Worte.
Exhibiting anger with his gaze at the uproar, Rama addressed the highly intelligent Vibheeshana resenting their action.
Dharma allows righteous reproach: a leader may show controlled anger to correct an action that violates compassion and propriety.
Rāma reacts to the commotion and the forceful dispersal and turns to address Vibhīṣaṇa directly.
Rāma’s moral guardianship—he does not permit even well-intended administration to become harsh toward his people.
