Transliteration

sa hemajāla-vitataṁ maṇi-vidruma-bhūṣitam |

upagamya vinītāśvam ārurōha mahāratham ||

Translation

Rāvaṇa trat heran und bestieg jenen prächtigen großen Wagen, überzogen mit goldenem Gitterwerk, geschmückt mit Edelsteinen und Korallen und gezogen von wohlgezähmten Pferden.
