Transliteration

namaḥ pūrvāya giraye paścimāyādraye namaḥ |

jyotirgaṇānāṃ pataye dinādhipataye namaḥ || 6.107.16 ||

Translation

Ehrerbietung dir, der du über dem östlichen Berge aufsteigst; Ehrerbietung dir, der du über dem westlichen Berge untergehst. Ehrerbietung dem Herrn der Scharen der Lichter; Ehrerbietung dem Herrn des Tages.
