रावण–रामयुद्धप्रारम्भः
The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel
अथमन्त्रानभिजपन्रौद्रमस्तमुदीरयन् ।शरान् भूयःसमादाय रामः क्रोधसमन्वितः ।।6.100.36।।मुमोच च महातेजाश्चापमायम्यवीर्यवान् ।
atha mantrān abhijapan raudram astram udīrayan | śarān bhūyaḥ samādāya rāmaḥ krodha-samanvitaḥ ||6.100.36|| mumoca ca mahātejāś cāpam āyamya vīryavān |
Da murmelte der mächtige, strahlende Rāma, vom Zorn erfüllt, die Mantras und rief das von Rudra beseelte Astra herauf; er nahm noch mehr Pfeile, spannte als Tapferer den Bogen und ließ sie fliegen.
Then valiant and bright Rama, enraged, chanting the mantras of missiles presided over by Rudra (God of destruction) taking many more arrows, stretching the bow, and fixing discharged arrows.
