सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
इक्ष्वाकुवंशविख्यातिं शनैः कीर्तयतानघ।।।।सा मया नरशार्दूल विश्वासमुपपादिता।
ikṣvākuvaṃśa-vikhyātiṃ śanaiḥ kīrtayatānagha |
sā mayā naraśārdūla viśvāsam upapāditā ||
O Makelloser, Tiger unter den Menschen: Indem ich nach und nach den berühmten Ruhm des Ikṣvāku-Geschlechts pries, brachte ich sie dazu, mir Vertrauen zu schenken.
