स किञ्चिदनुसम्प्राप्तः समालोक्य महागिरिम्।।।।महेन्द्रं मेघसङ्काशं ननाद हरिपुङ्गवः।

Transliteration

sa kiñcid anusamprāptaḥ samālōkya mahāgirim | mahēndraṁ mēghasaṅkāśaṁ nanāda haripuṅgavaḥ ||

Translation

Als er ein wenig näher kam und den großen Berg Mahendra erblickte, wolkengleich an Gestalt, ließ der Vorkämpfer der Affen ein triumphierendes Brüllen erschallen.
