ततस्त्वद्गात्रशोभीनि रक्षसा ह्रियमाणया।यान्याभरणजालानि पातितानि महीतले।।5.35.37।।तानि सर्वाणि रामाय आनीय हरियूथपाः।संहृष्टा दर्शयामासुर्गतिं तु न विदुस्तव।।5.35.38।।
tatastvadgātraśobhīni rakṣasā hriyamāṇayā | yānyābharaṇajālāni pātitāni mahītale || tāni sarvāṇi rāmāya ānīya hariyūthapāḥ | saṃhṛṣṭā darśayāmāsur gatiṃ tu na vidus tava ||
Als der Rākṣasa dich fortschleppte, fielen die vielen Schmuckstücke, die deine Glieder zierten, auf die Erde. Die Anführer der Vānara-Scharen sammelten sie ein und brachten sie freudig herbei, um sie Rāma zu zeigen; doch deinen Aufenthaltsort kannten sie nicht.
Dharma as diligent service: the Vānaras act responsibly by collecting and presenting evidence to aid the righteous search, even when full knowledge is unavailable.
Hanumān recounts how Sītā’s fallen ornaments were found and brought to Rāma, offering proof of the abduction though not revealing her location.
