Transliteration

tataḥ kuśaparistīrṇaṃ samiddhaṃ jātavedasam |

mantrapūtena haviṣā hutvā mantravido janāḥ॥

Translation

Dann brachten die Ritualkundigen, nachdem sie Kuśa-Gras ausgebreitet und das heilige Feuer Jātavedas entzündet hatten, mit Mantras geläutertes Havis als Opfergabe dar.
