तीर-वर्णनम् / Rama’s Lament at Pampa and the Approach to Rishyamuka

वातविक्षिप्तविटपान्यथाऽसन्नान्द्रुमानिमान्।लतास्समनुवर्तन्ते मत्ता इव वरस्त्रियः।।।।

vātavikṣiptaviṭapān yathāsannān drumān imān |

latāḥ samanuvartante mattā iva varastriyaḥ ||

Wie der Wind die Zweige wiegt und diese Bäume einander nahe bringt, so folgen die Ranken — wie schöne Frauen, trunken, die im Schritt des Geliebten mitgehen.
