पुत्रजन्मोत्सवः — Birth of the Princes and Viśvāmitra’s Arrival

Bālakāṇḍa 18

ते चापि मनुजव्याघ्रा वैदिकाध्ययने रता:।।।।पितृशुश्रूषणरता धनुर्वेदे च निष्ठिता:।

te cāpi manujavyāghrā vaidikādhyayane ratāḥ | pitṛśuśrūṣaṇaratā dhanurvede ca niṣṭhitāḥ ||

Und jene Männer, tigergleich unter den Menschen, waren dem Studium der Veden hingegeben, eifrig im Dienst am Vater und auch in der Wissenschaft des Bogens fest vollendet.
