अष्टसप्ततितमः सर्गः — Śatrughna’s Fury and Bharata’s Restraint
Mantharā Episode
एवमुक्त्वा तु तेनाशु सखीजनसमावृता।गृहीता बलवत्कुब्जा सा तद्गृहमनादयत्।।।।
evam uktvā tu tenāśu sakhījana-samāvṛtā | gṛhītā balavat kubjā sā tad gṛham anādayat ||
So sprechend packte er sogleich mit Gewalt die Bucklige, obgleich sie von ihren Gefährtinnen umringt war; und sie erfüllte jenes Haus mit lautem Geschrei.
Saying thus, he forcibly caught hold of the hunchback amidst her companions when she filled the house with her cries.
