माता च मम कौसल्या कुशलं चाभिवादनम्।अप्रमादं च वक्तव्या ब्रूयाश्चैनामिदं वचः।।।।
mātā ca mama kausalyā kuśalaṁ cābhivādanam |
apramādaṁ ca vaktavyā brūyāś cainām idaṁ vacaḥ ||
Und meiner Mutter Kauśalyā überbringe mein Wohlergehen und meine Grüße. Sage ihr auch, sie solle wachsam bleiben und nicht nachlässig werden, und richte ihr diese Worte aus.
'O mother, adhering to the righteous path and performing in time the rituals in the chamber of sacrificial fire, offer your services at the feet of king Dasaratha as if he were a god.
