Möge derselbe segensreiche Glückssegen, der dem tausendäugigen Indra, von allen Göttern verehrt, zuteilwurde, als Vṛtra erschlagen wurde, auch dir zuteilwerden.
May the same blessings bestowed by all the gods on the thousand-eyed Indra at the time of killing Vritra be with you!
Righteous struggle against disorder is framed as dharmic: the blessing associated with Indra’s victory is invoked for Rāma, implying that upholding order and truth attracts auspicious support.
Kauśalyā offers mythic-model blessings to strengthen Rāma for trials ahead, invoking famous divine victories as auspicious precedents.
Protective goodwill and faith—Kauśalyā’s dharmic love expresses itself as blessings grounded in sacred memory.
