Dann erblickte Sumantra Rāmas liebliche Wohnstatt, herrlich wie der Gipfel des Kailāsa, strahlend wie Śakras (Indras) Palast.
Thereafter, Sumantra beheld the beautiful palace of Rama, resembling the abode of Indra or the peak of Kailasa in its splendour.
The imagery links rightful rule with visible order and prosperity: a dharmic heir’s dwelling is portrayed as harmonious and resplendent, suggesting inner virtue reflected outwardly.
Sumantra arrives at and looks upon Rāma’s palace, described through divine and cosmic similes.
Śrī-yukta maryādā (dignified splendor): Rāma’s station is shown as majestic yet fitting, anticipating righteous kingship.
