The Gift of the Sandals and Delegated Kingship
अथाऽनुपूर्व्यात्प्रतिनन्द्य तं जनं गुरूंश्च मन्त्रिप्रकृतीस्तथाऽनुजौ।व्यसर्जयद्राघववंशवर्धनस्थिरः स्वधर्मे हिमवानिवाचलः।।2.112.30।।
athānupūrv yāt pratinandya taṃ janaṃ gurūṃś ca mantriprakṛtīs tathānujau | vyasarjayad rāghavavaṃśavardhana-sthiraḥ svadharme himavān ivācalaḥ || 2.112.30 ||
Daraufhin grüßte er das Volk der rechten Ordnung gemäß, ebenso die Lehrer, die Minister und die Untertanen, und segnete seine jüngeren Brüder; Rāma, Mehrer des Raghu-Geschlechts, standfest in seiner eigenen Dharma wie der unbewegte Himavān, entließ sie ihres Weges.
Of pleasing appearance, Rama, gladdened by the auspicious statements (of the sages), paid them homage with a cheerful countenance.
