इत्युक्त्वा न्यपतद्भ्रातुः पादयोर्भरतस्तदा।भृशं सम्प्रार्थयामास राममेव प्रियंवदः।।2.112.14।।
ity uktvā nyapatad bhrātuḥ pādayor bharatas tadā | bhṛśaṃ samprārthayāmāsa rāmam eva priyaṃvadaḥ || 2.112.14 ||
So sprechend fiel Bharata daraufhin zu den Füßen seines Bruders nieder und flehte, mit sanften Worten, inständig allein Rama an.
