Transliteration

na yāce pitaraṃ rājyaṃ nānuśāsāmi mātaram |āryaṃ paramadharmajñaṃ nānujānāmi rāghavam ||

Translation

Ich bat meinen Vater nicht um das Königreich und drängte meine Mutter nicht, es zu erstreben. Auch der Verbannung Rāghavas—des Edlen, der das Dharma in höchster Vollkommenheit kennt—stimmte ich nicht zu.
