Golden Deer Deception
गृहीतुकामं दृष्ट्वैवं पुनरेवाभ्यधावत।तत्क्षणादेव संत्रासात्पुनरन्तर्हितोऽभवत्।।।।
gṛhītukāmaṃ dṛṣṭvaivaṃ punar evābhyadhāvata | tatkṣaṇād eva saṃtrāsāt punar antarhito 'bhavat ||
Als er sah, dass Rāma ihn packen wollte, stob der Hirsch abermals davon; und im selben Augenblick verschwand er aus Furcht erneut aus dem Blick.
