The Slaying of the Fourteen Demons Sent by Śūrpaṇakhā
एहि बाहुप्रयुक्तैर्नः परिघैश्शूलपट्टिसैः।प्राणांस्त्यक्षसि वीर्यं च धनुश्च करपीडितम्।।।।
ehi bāhuprayuktair naḥ parighaiḥ śūlapaṭṭisaiḥ | prāṇāṃs tyakṣasi vīryaṃ ca dhanuś ca karapīḍitam ||
Komm nur: von den Waffen getroffen, die wir mit der Kraft unserer Arme schleudern—von Keulen, Speeren und scharfen Klingen—wirst du dein Leben, deinen Mut und selbst den Bogen, den du in der Hand gepresst hältst, preisgeben.
