Teaching of Karma-yoga
Student Conduct, Vedic Study, and Gāyatrī Supremacy
Unspecified (context-dependent within Svargakhaṇḍa 53)
Concept: Vedic identity is validated by understanding and conduct, not by rote recitation alone; one who is deluded is treated as ‘outside the Veda’.
Application: Study a small portion daily and write/recite its meaning; measure progress by humility, self-restraint, and service rather than by quantity of memorized text.
Primary Rasa: raudra
Secondary Rasa: shanta

Sandhi Resolution Notes:
It implies someone considered outside Vedic discipline—one whose conduct or understanding is contrary to the purpose and ethos of the Veda, even if they may be associated with Vedic learning externally.
It states that a dvija should not be content with recitation alone; Vedic study must be joined with right understanding, ethical conduct, and lived dharma.
Discernment and integrity: avoid legitimizing delusion through conversation or association, and prioritize inner transformation over purely external religious performance.
